Anjouan gives a formal validator and ADR requirement, but it is not a high-protection regulator.

Bonus mechanics

These rules only apply while you hold an active bonus. Deposit bonuses must be activated before depositing, use the same currency as the deposit, and require a minimum deposit of 0.002 BTC or equivalent unless promotion terms say otherwise. Real balance is used before bonus balance; only bonus-balance bets count toward bonus wagering. You cannot use bonus funds until every real-money balance is below USD 1 equivalent, and pending bets can block bonus play. Standard bonus wagering is 30x unless a promotion states otherwise. Slots are the main published 100% contribution category, but the excluded-games list is separate and other games may be excluded. Active rewards are cancelled by withdrawal request, and requesting a withdrawal before wagering completes forfeits bonus money and winnings from bonus money.

Wagering requirement

Standard bonuses and free-spin winnings require 30x wagering unless individual promotion terms say otherwise. The Loyalty page FAQ says Weekly Reload wagering is 35x, while the Bonus Terms section says reload wagering is 30x; use the stricter 35x figure until confirmed.

Max bet during bonus

Maximum bet with a pending or active bonus is USD 10 or equivalent per bet. Exceeding the cap can result in forfeited winnings or forfeited bonus funds.

Bonus expiry

Most bonuses and promotions expire after 7 days unless the individual promotion says otherwise. Free spins must be activated within 7 days and then used within 24 hours. Rakeback must be claimed within 24 hours, monthly cashback within 10 days, and reload bonuses expire 7 days after activation.

Withdrawal cap on bonus winnings

Wagering-bonus winnings are capped at 5x the initial bonus amount. No-deposit bonus winnings are capped at 5 mBTC unless the promotion says otherwise. Separate from bonuses, the Terms cap any single bet, spin, bonus round, or free spin win at EUR 300,000 equivalent, excluding jackpots.

Withdrawal limits

Fiat withdrawals have a minimum of EUR 20 and maximum of EUR 2,000 per transaction. Crypto withdrawal minimums, maximums, and processing times were not published in the reviewed public terms; the Terms say the minimum withdrawal amount is shown during withdrawal.

KYC

FortuneJack can request KYC/CDD documents for account management, identity, payment method, source of funds, source of income, occupation, and gambling-pattern review. You have 30 calendar days to provide requested documents. The operator may suspend accounts, block deposits and withdrawals, request phone or video calls, and terminate/confiscate funds if checks fail or information is false.

Payment friction

Crypto support is broad, but some technical limits matter: ETH and TRX must use their native networks, ETH smart contracts and tokens are not supported, and BTC SegWit withdrawals are not currently supported. Fiat is EUR only in the Terms, with EUR 20-EUR 2,000 per fiat deposit or withdrawal transaction. Fiat deposits and withdrawals run through third-party payment providers, and provider delays, fees, exchange rates, and same-card withdrawal requirements can apply.

Restricted regions

FortuneJack's Anjouan validator excludes Australia, Comoros, France, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, FATF-blacklisted countries, sanctioned jurisdictions, and any territory excluded by Anjouan authorities. The Terms also list Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, USA, and many game-provider-specific restricted territories.
